		<description>Great post! I would like to strongly suggest also that restaurateurs start treating tea drinkers like they do coffee drinkers. Coffee drinkers get another cup of coffee, tea drinkers get another cup of hot water. Come on ... you know what your markup is! That couple cents more will make all the difference in the world. And consider serving loose leaf tea! Bag tea is often stale before you even get it! It makes a huge difference!</description>
