Sad but so true when it comes to a majority of the energy bars on the market.  It’s amazing how much sugar and saturated fat can be compressed into such a tiny package.  So many people don’t take the time to examine the nutrition part of the label because they’re too preoccupied deciding between Cookies &#039;n Cream and Chocolate Brownie- which should be the clue that tells ones brain that this stuff should in the candy aisle next to the snickers and Hershey kisses.

BTW- Love the Willy Wonka reference.</description>
