Dawn,
Have you seen the movie Food Inc.? What a great movie. And what a liar Jim Purdue is with his chicken coups. I was also shocked at Monsanto's control of the soy crops. When are we as consumers going to stand up to these giants and put a stop to it. We support our local farmers as much as possible. But when we do shop, it is usually Whole Foods. But even here half the produce comes from Israel and other countries. We just won't buy it. Sometimes you just have to go with what's in season near you. Even though we Like WF, they need to make a change in their products. Pick up a copy of the movie. Would love to hear your comments.
