Your Chili Rellenos recipe sounds wonderful. Question: Is there any way I can bake (instead of fry) them to save on calories?
I’m not sure that the batter would puff as well if you baked them. I do think you could alter the coating and bake them though. Maybe an eggwash and either some tortilla chip crumbs or bread crumbs, then they’d bake up crispy. Sorry I didn’t respond. I’ve been away from my blog.
